We’ve already been doing some amazing things with our new image editing software, but this is going to blow you away. In this advanced techniques video I walk you through how to adjust the color and lighting in your photographs to accommodate for low exposure or skewed color curves. This can really save a photo, especially when it’s the only one you have of a particular event.

I’ll interject a little story of my own here. I actually learned this trick from a creative guy at an ad agency. I had taken a trip to Mexico and climbed an 18,600 foot volcano with my Dad, and in the pictures that we took from the summit, you couldn’t make out our faces. Needless to say I was very disappointed, but when he showed me this “magic trick” I almost fell over.

So, sit back and enjoy, and don’t sweat it the next time you need to fix a bad image. Rest assured that you have your image editing software to save the day.

We’ve covered the installation and interface for our digital photography editing software and now it’s time to get on to how to use the software. Keep in mind that there are literally hundreds of features in the software (thousands if you count all the plugins and different effects you can use), so this video is going to show you some very useful, yet simple, ways to use your new software.

This video will show you how to isolate elements of a photograph and prepare them to be included in another photograph. That’s just the type of magic you’ll need to get cousin billy into the family photo, even though he missed the original sitting.

The first advanced technique we taught you was how to use templates to get the majority of the work done for a particular task. In this video we’re covering a similar method, but it will hold your hand a bit more. A wizard is a term that suggests that the software will attempt to ask you a number of questions and then from the answers, POOF! it will produce a (nearly) complete document. There are wizards for letters, faxes, mail merge, etc.

In this video I walk you through the process of using a wizard and then how to subsequently personalize or add to your new document. Enjoy.

The interface for our digital photography image editing software is very comprehensive and well organized. There are three windows that give you complete control over all the available tools and their parameters, the image itself and effects that you can apply and the layers and color information for your image. Perhaps the best part is that you often don’t need to be aware of all three windows, since it’s easy to make minor adjustments on the fly.

This training is for our Digital Photography Image Editing Software

The Image editing and manipulation software comes with two possible install options. The first installs the standard software with a default interface. The second install option is for a modified interface that looks and acts just like the very popular (and expensive) Adobe Photoshop. Both versions have the same functionality, but the second option has the benefit of looking familiar to anyone that has already used Photoshop.
